This was a song written very spontaneously with my friend Christian 19 years ago after a day of fishing in PA. We caught the big one and lost him just as we were getting him into the boat. That scenario has actually been a recurring dream of mine my entire life. It's obviously a very metaphorical one, and thus this track is a bit melancholy.
There were plans to develop this into an actual project (we had a band name and everything) but all we managed was this one track. Jeff from Dysrhythmia added some soft and subtle drum work to it.
